Zahid: DAP’s time in Penang is almost up

Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi arrives at the Gerakan National Delegates Conference in Kuala Lumpur November 12, 2017. — Bernama picKUALA LUMPUR, Nov 12 — After recent natural disasters in Penang, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said today DAP’s time in the state was almost over.

He said it was time for Gerakan to step in and to recapture the state after two terms under the DAP.

“The landslide and floods show that the current Penang government emphasises on overdevelopment, something which Gerakan would have never done or do in the future,” he said at the party’s national delegates conference.

Zahid said Gerakan leaders helping flood victims in Penang was also a sign that showed Barisan Nasional (BN) leaders helped the people regardless of which party governed the state.

Earlier, Gerakan president Datuk Seri Mah Siew Keong also blamed the DAP government for the floods in Penang.

“Penang had never been flooded in the past, but today it has and it was because of the state government and its emphasis it put on development,” he said.

Mah said while development was good, consideration should be on the people first.

All these jokers are what our Malay friends say as "Syok Sendiri!" and these comments and forecasts carry no weight at all. Comments like the Gods are Angry with Penang just show what a brain dead person we have as the DPM as those he think he is the God. On the same subject, Kelantan and Terengganu have the most flood problems among all the states in Malaysia and does that mean that Allah is mad with Hadi for cohabitating with UMNO! In his own backyard, this Permanent Head Damaged guy,(so-call PHD Graduate) have always experienced several flood disaster areas in Bagan Datuk and roads leading to his constituency. I have seen with my own eyes that the poor Kampung folks have to camp on the roads next to their houses! Does not this Permanent Head Damaged agrees with his own comments that God is so angry with him and in fact should cause the raging flood waters to attack his kampong and house with the fury he had generated!
