PETALING JAYA: The private jet of fugitive Low Taek Jho (pix), or Jho Low, is next on the government's hunt list.
Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said Malaysia would now turn its attention towards bringing back the jet when asked today.
Jho Low's superyacht Equanimity, said to be bought with money from 1MDB, was seized by the Malaysian government last Tuesday.
"Yes, I think so, we have to bring it (the private jet) back," Mahathir said after visiting an art exhibition titled 'Tun M: A Forever Legacy' at the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park in Serdang today.
The US$35 million (RM143 million) plane was last reported to be at Singapore's Seletar Airport. It was reportedly seized in February and has been grounded since.
