BMW has just launched an extremely limited variant of the BMW X6 M dubbed the Design Edition. The BMW X6 M Design Editionboasts a host of sporty and visually striking features both inside and out and will be limited to just 100 units worldwide.
The most eye-catching visual changes on the X6 M Design Edition are on the outside. These changes include new 21-inch M Performance lightweight alloy wheels with carbon fiber elements. Additionally, the car can be ordered in Alpine White as pictured here, Sapphire Black or Melbourne Red Metallic with each available with bright coloured accents. For example, this white one features red, dark blue and bright blue decals and stripes matching the IIIM badges.
Additionally, the BMW X6 M Design Edition features a black BMW kidney grille, black exterior mirror caps, an M Performance front splitter, M Performance rear spoiler and a black rear diffuser.
Moving to the inside, the BMW X6 M Design Edition features Merino leather with a Black/Mugello Red instrument panel completed with contrasting Mugello Red stitching. Additionally, the car features contrasting red leather elements on the seats, an individually badged logo as well as a host of new options tailored specifically for the Design Edition. These include heated front seats, lumbar support, sun protection glass and a Head-Up display.
As with the standard version, the X6 M Design Edition features BMW’s 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine producing 555 hp and 502 lb-ft of torque.
