KUALA LUMPUR: The next-of-kin of the passengers of the ill-fated Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 have filed a judicial review application, naming the Transport Minister, Department of Civil Aviation and the Malaysian government as respondents.

Four Malaysians and a Taiwanese are seeking to have documents and the flight transcript declassified from the Official Secrets Act (OSA) 1972 as they need these documents for their civil suit.

The flight MH370 that disappeared during a flight from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing on March 8, 2014, had become one of the greatest mystery in aviation.
