PETALING JAYA: Taiwanese actress Celia Chang has denied sleeping with the son of embattled former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak.
In an exclusive report on Friday, Taiwan's Apple Daily said Chang and Mohd Nazifuddin were on a date in Taipei's Xinyi district a day ealier.
They were seen sharing two bottles of red wine in a restaurant before reportedly going to a massage parlour.
The Daily said they enjoyed a candlelight dinner and spent two hours at a pub before taking a taxi to a hotel at 1am.
Chang claimed she was the one who bought Datuk Mohd Nazifuddin Najib meals during their outing.
In a Facebook post yesterday, Chang's management agency said the actress did not receive any money or gift from Nazifuddin. "We ask all to stay calm and stop defaming her," the post read.
Their outing came a day after Najib was released on bail after he was charged with three counts of CBT and another for abuse of power.
